We are seeking a Guidewire PolicyCenter Production Support professional with 6-9 years of experience to join our team in India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for our Guidewire PolicyCenter applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities :

- Provide production support for Guidewire PolicyCenter applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with development teams to implement application enhancements.

- Monitor application performance and ensure system reliability.

- Assist in the deployment of new releases and patches.

- Maintain documentation related to production support processes and issues.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 6- 9 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter support or similar roles.

- Strong understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter functionalities and architecture.

- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Guidewire ClaimCenter integration.

- Experience with SQL databases, including performance tuning and query optimization.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
