Role : Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer.

Experience : 5+ Years.

Location : Pune - Kharadi.

Domain : Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.

Role Type : Developer - Development experience is mandatory.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years of hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter development.

- Strong hands-on development experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.

- Experience working with PolicyCenter Version 10 and Guidewire Cloud.

- Guidewire Cloud Certified; ACE certification is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Gosu scripting and Guidewire development practices.

- Hands-on experience with PolicyCenter UI development and configuration.

- Strong understanding of the Guidewire PolicyCenter Data Model.

- Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain and policy lifecycle.

- Experience in designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining PolicyCenter applications.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter applications.

- Develop and enhance PolicyCenter functionalities using Gosu.

- Work on UI, Data Model, configuration, and customization activities.

- Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain integrations and application components as required.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution.

- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and other development teams.

- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
