Position : Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

Experience : 5 - 11 Years

Location : Gurgaon / Noida / Pune / Bangalore

Job Description :

- 5 - 11 years of overall IT experience including 4+ years in Guidewire

- Extensive experience working on PolicyCenter versions 10 and Cloud

- Guidewire Cloud Certified

- Experience in implementation projects

- Strong Insurance domain knowledge (Property & Casualty background)

- In-depth knowledge of Guidewire Platform (Gosu scripting / UI / Data Model)

- Hands-on experience in PolicyCenter configuration

- Experience integrating with external systems using Guidewire-supported integration techniques

- Knowledge of GX Model, Entity Populator, and XML

- Experience on Oracle / SQL Server and strong SQL knowledge

- Experience working in an Agile methodology environment

Responsibilities :

- Develop business rules, workflows, and product models in PolicyCenter.

- Implement Gosu code, PCF screens, and entity enhancements for policy operations.

- Build and maintain integrations with external systems (billing, CRM, third-party services).

- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning for PolicyCenter applications.

- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical configurations.

- Ensure adherence to Guidewire development standards and best practices.
