Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Guidewire Developer with hands-on experience in Rating engine and PolicyCenter Configuration (PC Config).

The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of Guidewire's business rules, product model, and integration mechanisms.

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have) :

- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Rating engine (creation and modification of rate tables, rate books, and algorithms).

- Proficiency in PolicyCenter Configuration including UI, data model, and business logic using Gosu.

- Experience using Guidewire Studio and working within an Agile environment.

- Understanding of integration patterns (SOAP/REST), plugins, and messaging.

Nice To Have Skills :

- Experience with Guidewire Forms Configuration.

- Exposure to BillingCenter Configuration (BC Config).

- Knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter product model design.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).

- Guidewire certifications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter).

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and configure Rating logic and PolicyCenter components based on business requirements.

- Customize UI, business rules, and workflows using Gosu.

- Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.

- Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams for successful delivery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

- 4+ years of Guidewire development experience, especially in Rating and PC Config.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.
