Role Overview :

Looking for a hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer to drive end-to-end configuration, product modeling, and enterprise integrations for P&C insurance platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure PolicyCenter (PCF, Data Model, Product Model, Rules)

- Develop business logic using Gosu

- Manage rating engine, workflows & UI configurations

- Build & support integrations (REST/SOAP, messaging, batch)

- Ensure code quality, testing & Agile delivery

- Collaborate with BA, QA, DevOps & business teams

- Support production issues & performance optimization

Must-Have Skills :

- 6+ years in Guidewire PolicyCenter (Configuration + Gosu)

- Strong in PCF, Data Model, Product Model, Rating

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, messaging & batch processing

- Good understanding of P&C insurance lifecycle

- Hands-on with Guidewire Studio & SQL/Databases

- Agile experience with Git & code reviews

Good-to-Have :

- Exposure to Guidewire Cloud / PolicyCenter Cloud

- Experience with BillingCenter / ClaimCenter

- CI/CD tools : Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle

- Performance tuning & optimization knowledge
