Guidewire Module Lead - InsuranceSuite Applications

Description :

- Lead module development and customization in Guidewire applications

- Develop Guidewire components including UI, workflows, business rules, and integrations

- Coordinate with business analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

- Support troubleshooting, defect fixes, and root cause analysis

- Drive sprint planning and task tracking in Agile teams

- Ensure application performance, stability, and successful delivery

Required Skills :

- 8- 12 years of IT experience

- 5+ years of Guidewire development experience

- Strong expertise in PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter

- Hands-on experience with Gosu, Java, SQL

- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and batch processing

- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket

- Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred :

- Guidewire certifications preferred

- Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain
