Role Overview :

We are seeking a Guidewire Integration Lead to design, develop, and manage enterprise integrations across the Guidewire InsuranceSuite ecosystem while leading a high-performing integration team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable integration solutions for Guidewire applications.

- Lead API development using REST, SOAP, messaging, and integration frameworks.

- Build secure and reliable integrations with internal and third-party platforms.

- Review integration architecture and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance.

- Support API lifecycle management, performance tuning, and production support.

- Collaborate with solution architects and business stakeholders throughout delivery.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience integrating Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications.

- Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Messaging, and Integration Gateway.

- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Gosu, and SQL.

- Knowledge of API design principles and integration architecture.

- Experience leading technical integration teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Guidewire ACE Certification.

- Experience with MuleSoft, Kong, or Apigee.

- Exposure to AWS/Azure and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of P&C Insurance business processes.
