Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop responsive and modular user interfaces using Guidewire Jutro Framework.

- Build and maintain digital portal solutions for PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.

- Customize UI components using JSON schemas and Jutro metadata configuration.

- Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs, handle authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT), and support secure API Gateway integrations.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to translate requirements into functional UI workflows.

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

- Conduct unit testing using tools such as Jest and React Testing Library to ensure code quality.

- Troubleshoot UI bugs and performance issues; optimize component rendering and maintain consistency across views.

- Use Git and follow best practices in version control, code review, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).

- Adhere to design system guidelines and ensure alignment with accessibility, branding, and responsive behavior standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience (3+ years) in frontend development using React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Redux.

- Proven hands-on experience with Guidewire Jutro Framework including schema-based configuration and metadata-driven UI development.

- Experience working with at least one Guidewire product : PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.

- Familiarity with component-based design systems like Jutro, Material UI, or Chakra UI.

- Sound knowledge of REST API integration, including secure token-based authentication (OAuth2/JWT).

- Proficient with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).

- Strong command over Git/GitHub workflows, including branching strategies, pull requests, and conflict resolution.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with exposure to tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

- Understanding of browser debugging tools, performance optimization techniques, and cross-browser compatibility.
