Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Full stack Developer with extensive experience in Guidewire development, specifically in Policy Center (PC) and Claims Center (CC) integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, with a focus on underwriting rules, workflows, and data models. This role requires proficiency in cloud APIs, REST APIs, and Java, along with a solid understanding of Guidewire's integration capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement integration solutions for Guidewire Policy Center and Claims Center.

- Design and optimize underwriting rules, workflows, and batch processes.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high quality software solutions.

- Utilize Guidewire Integration Gateway for seamless data exchange between systems.

- Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

- Stay updated with the latest Guidewire releases and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience in Guidewire Claims Center (CC) with a focus on P&C personal lines.

- Strong knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center (PC) and Billing Center (BC), including Direct Bill and Broker Bill processes.

- Experience in Guidewire CM integration development, including data models, message queues, and app events.

- Proficiency in cloud APIs and REST APIs.

- Solid understanding of Java programming.

- Minimum Associate Certificate with the latest Ski Release.

Preferred Skills:

- Ace Certification in one of the Guidewire Xcenters (PC, BC, CC) is preferred.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in Guidewire development and integration.

- Proven track record of successful project delivery in the insurance domain.
