We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire software development and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. As a Guidewire Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Guidewire applications to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement Guidewire applications according to business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Design and maintain Guidewire data models, workflows, and integration processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guidewire applications.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 3-13 years of experience in Guidewire development.

- Proficient in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

- Strong knowledge of Java and J2EE technologies.

- Experience with SQL and relational databases.

- Familiarity with Guidewire configuration and customization techniques.

- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
