Job Overview :


We are actively seeking an experienced Guidewire Developer with strong expertise across Billing Center, Policy Center, and Claim Center modules, particularly in Guidewire Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Guidewire solutions for insurance clients.

As a Guidewire Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions on the Guidewire platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet business and technical requirements.


Key Responsibilities :


- Develop, configure, and customize Guidewire applications across Billing Center, Policy Center, and Claim Center modules.

- Work extensively with Guidewire Cloud platform environments to deploy and manage applications.

- Implement business requirements by configuring data models, workflow, UI, and integration components.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers, and other developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Develop and consume web services (SOAP/REST) for integration with external systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guidewire applications and integrations.

- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and Agile development ceremonies.

- Maintain documentation and adhere to best practices and coding standards.


Required Skills & Experience :


- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire Billing Center, Policy Center, and Claim Center.

- Proven expertise in working with Guidewire Cloud platform.

- Strong knowledge of Guidewire configuration, data model, Gosu programming, and integration patterns.

- Experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and API integrations.

- Solid understanding of P&C insurance domain and processes.


- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
