- 23 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Configuration & Integration

- Experience with Guidewire platform upgrades

- Hands-on experience with GOSU, Web Services, and XML

- Strong understanding of Guidewire integration and configuration concepts

- Design and develop Guidewire integration components

- Configure PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), or ClaimCenter (CC)

- Write and maintain efficient GOSU code

- Perform effort estimation for assigned work products

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to adapt and apply innovative technical solutions across domains

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Required Certifications :

- Guidewire Specialist / ACE / Cloud Certifications

Good to Have :

- Experience with CodeNarc or similar code quality tools

- Exposure to latest Guidewire Cloud versions

- Java / J2EE background with 1.8+ years of Guidewire experience

- Experience working on PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter
