Guidewire Consultant/Developer

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and develop Guidewire components (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter).

- Write GOSU code for business rules, workflows, and integrations.

- Design, develop, and support Guidewire integrations using Web Services and XML.

- Participate in platform upgrades and ensure smooth transition and functionality.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.

- Estimate tasks, deliverables, and timelines for Guidewire development and integration work.

- Apply technical learnings and innovative solutions across business domains and industries.

- Maintain documentation, track issues, and support ongoing Guidewire operations.

Must-Have Skills / Experience / Certifications :

- 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Configuration / Integration.

- Experience with Guidewire Platform Upgrades.

- Strong proficiency in GOSU, Web Services, and XML.

- Ability to configure PC, BC, CC modules and develop integration components.

- Strong understanding of Guidewire integration and configuration concepts.

- Ability to estimate work products accurately.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

- Guidewire Certifications: Specialist, ACE, or Cloud certifications.

Good-to-Have Skills / Experience :

- Experience with CodeNarc or similar code quality tools.

- Experience with the latest Guidewire Cloud versions.

Education :

- BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc (Computer Science) or equivalent from an accredited university.
