Job Title : Guidewire Testing ClaimCenter

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Guidewire ClaimCenter Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Guidewire ClaimCenter applications, strong knowledge of P&C insurance processes, and expertise in end-to-end testing of Guidewire implementations or integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing on Guidewire ClaimCenter.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into test cases and scenarios.

- Validate configurations, rules, workflows, and integrations with external systems.

- Execute API and Web Services testing for ClaimCenter interfaces (SOAP/REST).

- Work closely with development, business analysts, and Guidewire configuration teams to ensure defect-free delivery.

- Log and track defects in tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.

- Conduct data validation testing using SQL queries.

- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and defect triage calls.

- Prepare and maintain test documentation test plans, test data, traceability matrix, and test summary reports.

Required Skills :

- Strong Guidewire ClaimCenter testing experience (at least 2+ years).

- Good understanding of Claim lifecycle FNOL, Coverage Verification, Payments, Reserves, and Subrogation.

- Experience with integration testing between Guidewire and other systems (Billing, Policy, external APIs).

- Proficient in SQL and data validation.

- Hands-on experience with test management tools (ALM, JIRA, Zephyr, or similar).

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium, Tosca, or Guidewires GUnit) is a plus.

Good to Have :

- Guidewire Certification (ClaimCenter Business Analyst or Tester).

- Familiarity with PolicyCenter/BillingCenter modules.

- Experience in P&C Insurance domain (Claims, Policy, Underwriting).

- Knowledge of API automation or Postman/SoapUI tools.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
