Role Overview:

As a Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing robust insurance software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and solution architects, to translate complex insurance requirements into high-performing technical configurations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of claims handling processes, ensuring that our clients can deliver seamless, data-driven experiences to their policyholders while maintaining system stability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter modules to meet specific business requirements and improve claims processing workflows.

- Develop and maintain complex integrations between ClaimCenter and external systems using Guidewire Integration frameworks to ensure seamless data flow across the insurance ecosystem.

- Build and deploy microservices using Spring Boot to extend platform functionality and support modern, cloud-native application architectures.

- Manage cloud infrastructure components within AWS environments to optimize system performance, security, and availability for global insurance operations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and implement performance tuning strategies that enhance the overall user experience.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and integration, with a strong understanding of the Gosu programming language and the Guidewire platform architecture.

- Proven ability to design and implement scalable backend services using Spring Boot, ensuring high code quality and maintainability.

- Hands-on experience managing and deploying applications within AWS cloud environments, including familiarity with relevant cloud services and deployment pipelines.

- Strong analytical skills to translate complex insurance business logic into technical specifications and functional code.

- Excellent communication abilities to effectively articulate technical solutions to both technical peers and non-technical business stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment across our Chennai, Hyderabad, or Pune offices, maintaining high standards of delivery with 4 - 8 years of professional experience.
