The ideal candidate will have strong P&C insurance domain knowledge, expertise in SQL, and hands-on experience mapping data between legacy tables and Guidewire Claim Center.
This role is critical for ensuring accurate and efficient data migration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, execute, and validate SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate data mapping.
- Identify, document, and resolve data discrepancies during migration.
- Maintain clear mapping documentation and data lineage for audit and quality purposes.
- Support testing and validation of migrated data to ensure integrity and consistency.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong experience in P&C insurance domain data projects.
- Proficient in SQL, ETL, and data mapping techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Claim Center and deep understanding of its data model.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with Guidewire Studio, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter data models.
- Experience with data migration tools or frameworks.
- Understanding of data governance and quality processes in insurance systems
