Hiring for an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration Lead to lead enterprise Guidewire implementation and enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technical design and architecture for Guidewire ClaimCenter.

- Configure entities, PCF screens, workflows, and rules.

- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Guidewire Integration Framework.

- Design scalable and high-performance solutions.

- Perform code reviews and mentor development teams.

- Support deployments, production releases, and defect resolution.

- Ensure adherence to Guidewire development best practices.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of IT experience.

- 6+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration experience.

- Strong expertise in Gosu, PCF, Rules Engine, and Workflows.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.

- Guidewire Integration Framework.

- Deployment and release management experience.

- Team Lead/Assistant Manager experience in the current organization.

- Guidewire ACE Certification is preferred (Candidates without certification can also be considered).

Preferred Candidate :

- Immediate to 15 Days Notice Period.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Experience in Guidewire implementation and enhancement projects.
