Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration Developer - GOSU Programming

Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration Developer to design, customize, and implement BillingCenter solutions aligned with business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BillingCenter configuration, Gosu development, workflows, integrations, and Guidewire Cloud practices.

Key Responsibilities :

BillingCenter Configuration & Development :

- Design and implement Guidewire BillingCenter configuration solutions based on business needs.

- Develop and customize PCF screens, Gosu classes, rules, queries, activities, and trouble tickets to enhance user experience and system functionality.

- Configure and customize Billing Plans, Invoicing, Admin Data, Billing Instructions, System Permissions, and other core billing components.

- Customize and implement Delinquency workflows, ensuring accurate billing progression and compliance.

- Develop and enhance GW Batch processes, WorkQueues, Messaging Events, GX models, and consume Guidewire Cloud Web Services.

Collaboration & Business Engagement :

- Provide functional demos to business stakeholders and collaborate with QA teams by creating SQL queries and test data support.

- Coordinate with the Integration Gateway Team for inbound/outbound interface customization and troubleshooting.

- Participate in refinement sessions, sprint planning, and defect triage meetings.

Cloud, DevOps, and Support :

- Follow Guidewire best practices, including addressing DBCC issues and maintaining system integrity.

- Monitor and maintain batch schedules, workqueues, messaging queues, proactively resolving issues.

- Hands-on experience with Datadog, Bitbucket, TeamCity, and CI/CD pipeline processes for Guidewire Cloud deployments.

- Diagnose and fix defects, production issues, and deliver enhancements aligned with GW Cloud project standards.

- Ensure high-quality deliverables through Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration.

- Expertise in Gosu programming, PCF customization, rules, activities, and GW metadata.

- Experience with Billing workflows, delinquency processes, invoicing cycles, billing plans, and account management.

Hands-on experience with :

- GW Batch, WorkQueues, Messaging, GX Models, Web Service Consumption (GW Cloud)

- Strong knowledge of SQL for queries, data validation, and QA support.

- Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud implementation, upgrades, and cloud deployment processes.

- Experience with Datadog, Bitbucket, TeamCity, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong troubleshooting skills for production triage and integration-related issues.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum).
