Guidewire Architect - ClaimCenter/PolicyCenter

About The Role :

BlitzenX is seeking a seasoned Guidewire Architect to lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade insurance applications using the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform.

This role demands deep expertise across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter, and is ideal for someone ready to drive transformation and innovation in P&C insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions within Guidewire and integrated systems.

- Provide architectural leadership on large-scale Guidewire projects including greenfield implementations

and cloud migrations.

- Define integration strategies with external systems (e.g., ISO, payment gateways, CRM).

- Lead technical teams across onshore/offshore models; mentor developers and tech leads.

- Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders.

- Ensure solutions comply with architectural standards, best practices, and governance.

- Conduct code reviews and provide performance optimization guidance.

Must-Have Skills :

- Deep knowledge of Guidewire Configuration, Integration, and Rating.

- Strong experience with Guidewire Cloud, Edge APIs, GOSU programming.

- Proven success as a Solution or Technical Architect in Guidewire implementations.

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.

- Expertise in web services (REST/SOAP), data modeling, microservices.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Have :

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- AWS/Azure cloud platform knowledge.
