Location : Pan India

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of Guidewire solutions, including Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center.

- Develop integration strategies and architectures for Guidewire applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Design and implement APIs, web services, and data exchange protocols for seamless connectivity.

- Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and performance standards.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Conduct workshops and work with clients to develop solution architecture.

- Stay updated with the latest Guidewire technologies and best practices.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in implementing enterprise software solutions (J2EE (5 Years))

- Proven track record of leading functional/technical areas on implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and databases.

- Experience with Guidewire SaaS and migration is a plus.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Guidewire Digital.

- Experience with Guidewire Integration Gateway stack. Spring and Apache Camel.

- Hands-on scripting/programming/configuration capability in a multi-tier web application environment.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
