GTM/OTM Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle GTM/OTM Functional Consultant to join our Supply Chain Solutions team.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and/or Global Trade Management (GTM) modules, with a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to design, implement, and support logistics and trade compliance solutions that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work as a functional expert in Oracle OTM and GTM modules, providing consulting and configuration expertise for global

logistics and trade operations.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and system configurations.

- Lead or contribute to end-to-end OTM/GTM implementations, including design, setup, testing, training, and go-live support.

- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, extensions, and integrations (e.g., with ERP, WMS, or external carrier systems).

- Configure transportation planning, shipment execution, freight settlement, trade compliance, and customs management modules as per business needs.

- Support issue resolution, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for production incidents.

- Conduct user training and UAT (User Acceptance Testing), preparing documentation and functional test cases.

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with best practices.

- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6- 8 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle OTM and/or GTM modules.

- Strong hands-on experience in configuring and supporting OTM/GTM/WMS modules.

- Deep understanding of supply chain management processes, including transportation, logistics, and trade compliance.

- Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects.

- Ability to perform functional testing, data validation, and business process mapping.

- Good understanding of integration touchpoints with ERP and other enterprise systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex business scenarios.

- Excellent communication and client interaction skills able to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Cloud OTM/GTM implementations.

- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle SCM Cloud.

- Familiarity with transportation optimization and trade compliance regulations.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

- Certification in Oracle OTM/GTM or Supply Chain domains
