About the Role :
We are hiring a Global GTM Lead to architect, launch, and scale the revenue engine of a next-generation AI company. This is a pivotal, high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and can fluidly shift between strategy, execution, experimentation, and leadership.
As our GTM lead, you will work directly with the founders to define how our products reach the world, how our brand is perceived, and how we grow across global markets. Your work will directly shape our commercial trajectory and strategic positioning.
This is not a maintenance roleits a company-shaping mandate where the right leader can create outsized impact and build a world-class GTM organization from scratch.
What Youll Own :
1. GTM Strategy & Global Expansion:
- Architect and execute the GTM strategy across global markets.
- Design and iterate on diverse GTM motions (PLG, outbound, inbound, partner-led).
- Convert product vision and AI capabilities into crisp narratives, use cases, and commercial pathways.
- Create frameworks that help us scale predictably across markets.
2. Growth & Revenue Leadership:
- Own the global revenue number and pipeline growth end-to-end.
- Build early GTM infrastructure : ICP, segmentation, messaging, funnel definitions, and playbooks.
- Design repeatable sales and marketing motions that shorten sales cycles and increase win rates.
- Establish a data-driven growth model with clear KPIs, dashboards, and performance levers.
3. Marketing (Brand, Growth & Product Marketing):
- Co-lead global marketing strategy with founders.
- Build our brand from the ground uppositioning, storytelling, and category creation.
- Design and run global campaigns : content, webinars, events, PR, social, and community.
- Oversee website, landing pages, demand gen programs, and marketing automation.
- Partner with Product to craft world-class launch strategies for new features and releases.
- Use experimentation, analytics, SEO, and A/B testing to optimize every stage of the funnel.
4. Product & Customer Intelligence:
- Become the voice of the customerinform product roadmap through deep insights and user feedback.
- Work closely with Product & Engineering to translate market demand into product requirements.
- Partner with Customer Success to drive onboarding, activation, adoption, and expansion.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities through insights and behavioral patterns.
5. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:
- Build relationships with cloud providers, AI ecosystem players, industry communities, and SIs.
- Create scalable co-selling and co-marketing motions to extend global reach.
- Establish us as a key player within the broader AI and enterprise technology landscape.
6. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence:
- Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional GTM team (sales, marketing, growth).
- Create clear operating cadencesstandups, QBRs, dashboards, and GTM rituals.
- Build a culture of execution, experimentation, and measurable impact.
What Were Looking For :
Must-Haves :
- 8 to 15 years in GTM, growth, marketing, or revenue leadership rolespreferably in SaaS, AI, deep tech, or B2B enterprise.
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups; comfort with ambiguity and speed.
- Proven success taking products from 0?1 or 1?10 in global markets.
- Strong storytelling abilitycan translate complex AI technology into simple, compelling narratives.
- Hands-on operator with a builder mindset : able to strategize at the highest level and execute in the trenches.
- Experience working closely with founders and distributed global teams.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, sales methodology, and marketing funnels.
