Job Description :

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to operate, scale, and optimize our go-to-market execution systems. This is a hands-on engineering role, focused on building and running outbound and GTM systems rather than managing campaigns.

You will work closely with GTM strategists, sales, and revenue teams to translate business signals into reliable, automated execution across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, operate, and scale GTM / outbound execution systems

- Translate GTM signals into automated workflows and execution logic

- Ensure high-quality execution across Email, LinkedIn, Calling, and CRM systems

Monitor and maintain GTM system health :

- Deliverability

- Sequencing

- Routing

- CRM synchronization

- Debug workflow failures and continuously reduce manual intervention

- Build, optimize, and maintain automation workflows using GTM and RevOps tools

- Partner with GTM Strategists to operationalize GTM motions and experiments

- Maintain data hygiene, enrichment accuracy, and system reliability

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience operating GTM, outbound, or growth systems

- Strong understanding of modern GTM and RevOps systems

- Experience with automation, sequencing, or enrichment platforms

- Systems mindset - ability to reason in workflows, logic, and execution paths

- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot / Salesforce or similar)

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have :

- Exposure to AWS partners (SI / MSP / ISV ecosystem)

- Experience with migration-led or marketplace-led GTM motions

Understanding of :

- Email deliverability

- Data hygiene

- Outbound failure modes

- Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Zapier, Make, n8n
