Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Google Workspace (G Suite) Administrator to manage, support, and optimize enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms. The role focuses on platform administration, governance, automation, integrations, and user adoption, enabling a seamless digital workplace experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Google Workspace & Collaboration Platforms :

- Administer and support Google Workspace services including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Groups, and Admin Console.

- Manage and support additional collaboration platforms such as Adobe, Lucid Suite, Text Expander, Slack, Figma, and Zoom.

- Configure platform governance, security controls, policies, and lifecycle management.

Digital Workplace & User Enablement :

- Understand collaboration workflows and translate business requirements into technical configurations.

- Support hybrid work and digital workplace initiatives, improving productivity and user experience.

- Deliver user training, onboarding, and adoption support across collaboration tools.

Identity, Access & Security :

- Work with identity and access management systems such as Active Directory, Okta SSO, SailPoint IIQ, security groups, and permission models.

- Ensure secure access, compliance, and role-based access controls across platforms.

Integrations, Automation & Troubleshooting :

- Design and support API integrations, scripting, and low-code/no-code solutions.

- Implement and manage automation and workflow tools such as AppSheet and Slack Workflows.

- Troubleshoot end-to-end collaboration issues across applications, integrations, and user devices.

Governance & Project Execution :

- Support enterprise IT governance practices and alignment with digital workplace standards.

- Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution of collaboration platform initiatives.

- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and configuration standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Experience :

- 3-5+ years of experience implementing or supporting collaboration and productivity platforms such as Google Workspace, Adobe, Slack, Zoom, Figma, Lucid Suite, or similar tools.

- Strong understanding of collaboration workflows, enterprise communication practices, and digital workplace concepts.

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration and governance.

- Experience with IAM concepts including AD, Okta SSO, SailPoint IIQ, security groups, and permissions models.

- Knowledge of API integrations, scripting, and low-code/no-code platforms.

- Experience with automation and workflow tools (AppSheet, Slack Workflows, etc.).

Functional & Soft Skills :

- Proven ability to gather requirements, map business processes, and convert them into technical solutions.

- Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, integrations, and devices.

- Excellent communication skills with experience in user training and adoption support.

- Strong project coordination and task management capabilities.

- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and learning opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in Google Workspace, Adobe, or related collaboration platforms.

- Experience in hybrid work transformation or digital workplace consulting.

- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and IT governance practices.
