GSPANN - RPA/UiPath Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for UiPath automation solutions.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for RPA workflows.

- Validate automation processes across web, desktop, SAP, Citrix, Excel, and API-based applications.

- Review Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and business requirements to ensure complete test coverage.

- Verify workflow logic, exception handling, queue processing, logging mechanisms, and bot resiliency.

- Conduct end-to-end testing of UiPath bots and ensure successful deployment readiness.

- Identify, log, track, and manage defects using defect management tools and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution.

- Perform data validation, process validation, and output verification for automated workflows.

- Develop and maintain reusable test assets, automation test scripts, and test frameworks for RPA projects.

- Validate integrations between UiPath solutions, enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and third-party applications.

- Participate in release validation, production deployment support, and post-deployment verification activities.

- Ensure compliance with RPA governance, security standards, credential management policies, and quality best practices.

- Support performance testing and stability testing of bots operating in production environments.

- Collaborate with RPA developers, business analysts, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, test estimation, and quality assurance reviews.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing with exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

- Strong hands-on experience in testing UiPath automation solutions.

- Good understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Queues, and workflow architecture.

-Experience in functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.

- Knowledge of exception handling, transaction processing, logging, and bot validation techniques.

- Experience testing automations involving SAP, Citrix, web applications, desktop applications, Excel, and APIs.

- Familiarity with SQL, databases, and API testing concepts.

- Experience using defect tracking and test management tools.
