GSPANN is hiring a Performance Test Lead to drive end-to-end performance engineering, focusing on finding bottlenecks early and keeping enterprise applications fast, scalable, and stable.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead performance testing activities across web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications.

- Design and develop performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, and K6 with JavaScript.

- Implement load, stress, spike, endurance, and volume testing.

- Drive bottleneck identification by analyzing application, database, server, and network performance metrics.

- Ensure application scalability, reliability, and stability across enterprise applications.

- Develop workload models, test strategies, performance benchmarks, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Implement performance testing within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

- Manage system performance monitoring using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk.

- Collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and architecture teams to resolve performance issues.

- Build detailed performance test reports and provide optimization recommendations.

- Support junior performance testers and engineers through mentoring and guidance.

Skills and Experience :

- Bring 10+ years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering.

- Demonstrate hands-on expertise with Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, and K6.

- Apply strong JavaScript scripting skills to K6 test automation.

- Bring experience in API performance testing for Representational State Transfer (REST) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) services.

- Demonstrate knowledge of SQL and database performance tuning concepts.

- Work with Linux and Unix environments and shell scripting.

- Apply an understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.

- Utilize performance monitoring and APM tools.
