GrowExx - Technical Lead - MERN Sack

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect scalable, efficient, and maintainable backend and frontend solutions.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business

requirements into technical specifications.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure code quality and security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance the development process.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordinate cross-team activities.

Qualifications and Skills :

- 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on the MERN stack.

- Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.

- Experience with frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like

Kubernetes is advantageous.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
