GrowExx - Technical Lead - LAMP Stack

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of web applications using the LAMP stack.

- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions in line with business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to deliver high-

quality software products.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.

- Conduct code reviews and optimize application performance and security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the stack.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to LAMP and web development.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team coordination.

Qualifications and Skills :

- 7+ years of professional experience working with the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).

- Strong proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.

- Deep understanding of database design, optimization, and management with MySQL.

- Experience in server management, configuration, and troubleshooting on Linux

environments.

- Knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment automation is a plus.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
