GrowExx - Solution Architect - DevOps

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end enterprise solutions across various platforms and technologies.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.

- Define architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.

- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and platforms to meet business and technical needs.

- Oversee the development process, ensuring alignment with architectural vision and quality standards.

- Provide hands-on technical leadership, including guidance during design, development, integration, and deployment.

- Prepare architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications.

- Perform architectural reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.

- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance standards.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously evolve architecture

strategies.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar leadership role in large-scale enterprise environments.

- Expertise in architecture design patterns, microservices, cloud-native applications, and API integrations.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (certifications preferred).

- Hands-on experience with modern technologies and frameworks (e.g., .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, etc.)

- Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, Azure Architect Expert) are a strong plus
