GrowExx - Software Engineer - DevOps

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to support rapid software delivery.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.

- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize deployment processes.

- Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.

- Ensure system security, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) scripts and documentation.

- Participate in on-call rotations to support production environments.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps or related software engineering roles.

- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.

- Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

- Understanding of networking, security, and system administration principles.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
