GrowExx - Senior Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage large-scale IT services projects, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets.

- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, risk management, and mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, business, and vendor resources to ensure seamless project execution.

- Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage expectations.

- Implement project governance frameworks and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

- Oversee multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks to meet strategic objectives.

- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

- Mentor and guide project managers and team members to foster professional growth and project excellence.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, and Scrum.

- Experience managing large, complex, and multi-location projects.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

- Experience working with global and distributed teams is an advantage
