GrowExx - Scrum Master

Description : GrowExx is seeking a Certified Scrum Master, who has prior experience of facilitating multiple teams in aspects of Scrum framework with all artifacts and techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage product / projects scope and timeline.

- Coordinate sprints, retrospective, planning meetings and daily stand-ups.

- Participate in sprint reviews and capture feedback.

- Manage scrum board and ensure that stories/tasks are up to date.

- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.

- Facilitate internal / external communication and effective collaboration.

- Be the point of contact for all communications.

- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.

- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur and help teams implement changes effectively.

- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.

- Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.

Education and Experience :

- B Tech or B.

- 1st Class from top 100 institutes in India.

- CSM or PSM certified.

- 7+ Years of total experience with a min.

- of 4 years of relevant experience as Scrum Master.

- Familiarity with software development.

- Well versed with JIRA and Confluence.

- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).

- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
