GrowExx - Project Manager - PMP/Prince2

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project management for IT services engagements, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, operations, and business units to ensure project success.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and project teams to provide timely updates and resolve issues.

- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.

- Prepare and present project status reports, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT service management (ITSM) principles.

- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Experience working with global and distributed teams is a plus
