GrowExx - Oracle Integration Cloud Architect - ERP/HCM Modules

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions to meet complex business requirements.

- Architect and implement integrations using OIC, including process automation, API management, and connectivity between SaaS and on-premise applications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.

- Develop reusable integration components, orchestrations, and error-handling mechanisms.

- Monitor and optimize integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of integration flows.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior OIC specialists and integration teams.

- Maintain documentation related to architecture, design, and operational procedures for integrations.

- Stay current with Oracle Cloud Integration updates, best practices, and industry trends.

- Ensure compliance with security policies and governance standards for integrations.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Strong expertise in designing and implementing integrations across Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) and other cloud/on-premise systems.

- Proficiency in REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and other integration protocols and data formats.

- Experience with API Gateway, API management, and security frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex integration solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Oracle Cloud certifications related to Integration Cloud are a plus
