GrowExx - Data Scientist - R/Python

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns.

- Develop and implement basic machine learning models and statistical analyses under

guidance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate

them into data science tasks.

- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

- Support data validation, feature engineering, and model evaluation activities.

- Stay updated on emerging data science techniques and tools to enhance skillset.

- Maintain documentation of data processes, models, and experiments.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

- Basic knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data mining

techniques.

- Experience working with SQL and databases.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Good communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
