Spinny is looking for a passionate, collaborative, and data-driven Group Product Manager to join our Product team. We are a team of tinkerers, builders, and dreamers working together to make car ownership accessible, simple, and delightful. In this leadership role, you will drive strategy, mentor product managers, and lead cross-functional teams to build and scale impactful products for our customers, employees, and partners.

Responsibilities:

- Own the vision, strategy, and execution for a group of products or key business areas.

- Define and drive product roadmaps aligned with business goals, balancing short-term impact and long-term innovation.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers to achieve high performance and consistent delivery.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to build user-centric and scalable solutions.

- Establish and monitor key product metrics, setting clear, measurable goals and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

- Evangelize product strategy across the organization, aligning teams toward common goals.

- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to uncover insights and inform strategy.

- Ensure effective communication through clear PRDs, sprint planning, and product reviews.

- Measure feature success and guide course corrections based on real-world feedback and performance data.

Requirements :

- B. Tech/B. and MBA/PGDM from a Tier I institute preferred.

- 7 - 11 years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years leading product managers.

- Proven track record of owning and scaling consumer-facing or platform products in a fast-paced environment.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

- Comfortable working with engineering teams and discussing technical trade-offs.
