Group Manager - Quality Assurance

Job Title : Group Manager QA

Location : Udaipur

Experience : 10-15 Years

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage multiple QA teams, ensuring quality across projects and products.

- Define QA strategy, standards, and best practices to align with business objectives.

- Oversee manual and automation testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT.

- Implement and improve QA processes, tools, and frameworks for efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, DevOps) to ensure seamless quality delivery.

- Monitor quality metrics, analyze results, and drive continuous improvements.

- Provide leadership, coaching, and career development for QA team members.

- Ensure compliance with organizational quality policies and industry standards.

Required Skills & Tools :

- 10-15 years of overall QA experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect management.

- Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter, TestNG).

- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
