Description:

- Lead multiple mobile engineering teams working on Android, iOS, and React Native applications.

- Define mobile architecture, coding standards, and best practices across platforms.

- Drive end-to-end delivery of mobile products with high performance, scalability, and security.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Mentor, coach, and grow engineering managers, tech leads, and senior engineers.

- Review system designs, conduct technical discussions, and guide complex problem-solving.

- Ensure app performance optimization, stability, and adherence to platform guidelines.

- Manage technical roadmaps, timelines, and resource planning.

- Stay updated with the latest mobile trends, frameworks, and technologies.

Requirements:

- 8 to 13 years of experience in mobile application development.

- Strong expertise in Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C).

- Hands-on experience with React Native and cross-platform development.

- Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture).

- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integrations.

- Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization, security, and testing strategies.

- Proven experience in people management and team leadership.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
