Job Profile :
- Candidates should be highly Technical in the area of SAP HCM, India Payroll and SuccessFactors.
- The person will be responsible for daily operations and new projects in this domain.
- Candidates will be responsible to manage the current HR systems Landscape.
- This includes SAP HCM and SuccessFactors pre-dominantly.
- Complete end-to-end management.
- He should be well versed technically to manage the multiple integrations like CPI, PI/PO, ODATA, etc.
- Candidates will have to lead projects in the above areas and should be able to deliver solutions independently.
- Suggest new solutions to business.
- Candidates will be responsible to manage internal teams and external partners to deliver HR-IT solutions in the SAP area.
Experience - 8 to 10 Years
Qualification - B.E / B.Tech. Certification in SAP HR and SuccessFactors (multiple modules like Employee Central, Talent, RCM, etc).
Skills :
- Proven experience as a hardcore techno-functional resource.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules.
- Worked in multiple areas like ABAP, functional, roles & authorizations, integration, NetWeaver and FIORI portals.
- High research acumen to deliver solutions independently.
- Excellent analytical and highly agile problem-solving skills.
- Highly versatile and is a multi-tasker.
- Strong Learning Curve to delve in new areas.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to lead & guide teams.
- SAP certifications in relevant areas are a must.
