Description :
- Develop scalable real-time communication features using Amazon Chime and contact center workflows using Amazon Connect.
- Implement microservices and container-based solutions using AWS ECS/EKS, Docker, and related tools.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready features.
- Ensure adherence to cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to ongoing platform improvements.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages : Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
- Solid experience with AWS serverless services Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Step Functions, SNS/SQS.
- Experience with Amazon Chime SDK and/or Amazon Connect (highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (ECS/EKS).
- Good knowledge of event-driven patterns, real-time data processing, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
- Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
