About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing robust data pipelines, implementing scalable data architectures, and establishing data governance frameworks to support data-driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement efficient, scalable, and reliable data pipelines to support business needs.

- Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing workflows for maximum performance.

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Implement data security protocols and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

- Continuously evaluate and improve data engineering practices and technologies.

Minimum Requirements :

- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in data engineering or a related field.

- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data manipulation.

- Proficient in Python, with mid-level skills required (expert level preferred).

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and best practices.

- Proven experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines.

- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
