Grid Dynamics - Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Experience and Technical Skills:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Test Automation / Validation.

- Hands-on expertise with Java + Selenium + Cucumber (BDD) automation frameworks.

- Strong experience testing Microservices and On-Premise applications.

- API Testing, SQL Database Validation & CI/CD automation integration.

- Experience designing automation frameworks and reviewing automation code.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and quality engineering practices.

- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and growing QA Automation teams.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

AI-Enabled Testing:

- Leveraging AI-assisted tools for test creation and regression optimization.

- Accelerating defect identification and root cause analysis.

- Promoting responsible and governed adoption of AI within testing practices.
