Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, optimize, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL code to support business-critical workflows and financial analysis functions.

- Collaborate closely with RJ managers, Financial Analysts, and auditors to design and implement review, control, and audit functionalities.

- Lead and contribute to solutions ensuring data integrity, compliance, and transparent reporting for audit and certification requirements.

- Support creation and maintenance of control frameworks in line with potential auditor and certification bodies' standards.

- Work effectively within an Agile SDLC to deliver features incrementally and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

- Coordinate with the team (5 members) to ensure timely delivery and quality adherence of assigned modules and ETL jobs, leveraging Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) as needed (preferred but not mandatory).

- Facilitate pre-sales activities, solution validation, and ensure technical alignment between proposed solutions and compliance needs.

- Assist in defining best practices for control testing and audit preparations related to financial systems workflows.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development, including stored procedures, triggers, and query optimization.

- Experience working within financial systems environments and familiarity with audit and compliance processes.

- Knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is a plus though not mandatory.

- Solid understanding of Agile SDLC methodology and experience working in Agile teams.

- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.

- Ability to collaborate closely with managers, analysts, and auditors in a control and compliance context.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

- Prior experience working with financial services clients or regulatory compliance teams.

- Hands-on experience with enterprise data integration and ETL practices.

- Strong communication skills and capability to explain technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
