- Development and Production Support for Embedded Finances Money Movement and Account Systems.

- Requirements for the candidate .NET development background.

- Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes with Microsoft .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server), Azure services (API Management, Azure SQL, AKS, and Cosmos DB, Rabbit MQ).

- Has experience in Cloud Design Patterns and can come up with Detailed Designs for new applications/modules.

- Strong background in object-oriented development techniques.

- Write clean, testable code and adhere to coding standards.

Operate in an AI driven SDLC environment :

- Translate stakeholder conversations into structured specifications using AI copilots.

- Collaborate with generative AI to iterate on user flows, interfaces, and architectures.

- Pair program with AI tools (e., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to write, refactor, and test code in real-time.

- Write, test and produce production grade code in financial services without relying on testing by other groups.

- Implement intelligent testing frameworks that auto-generate test cases, predict bugs, and enable self-healing.

- Leverage code assistants and go through large code bases, identify opportunities and make changes.

- Self-motivated professionals with .Net, Azure (preferable), QA testing (at least with Postman), SQL (NoSQL a bonus), experience with application monitoring (Slack, AppDynamics, Datadog, etc).

Responsibilities :

- Deliver quality code every milestone.

- Support releases when it happens in India time.

- Production incident support during India hours and transition to US.

Lead level responsibilities :

- Interface with US stakeholders and India team.

- Be the POC for any escalations from US.

- Responsible and accountable for ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries, not only from themselves but also from the offshore team.

- Experience in AI assisted coding is another bonus.
