We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled GenAI / AI/ML Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying Generative AI solutions, Agentic AI workflows, and leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). This is a unique opportunity to work on bleeding-edge projects in the AI space. Only candidates currently residing in or able to immediately relocate to Bangalore (within a day or two) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement AI/ML Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance Generative AI and Machine Learning models and applications.

- Build Agentic AI Workflows: Architect and implement complex Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems to solve intricate business problems.

- API Development: Develop, deploy, and manage Generative AI APIs using various providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and other relevant platforms.

- LLM Integration and Customization: Integrate, fine-tune, and customize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific use cases, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

- Prompt Engineering & Context Management: Master advanced Prompt Engineering techniques and implement the Model Context Protocol to effectively manage model context and dialogue history.

- Data Augmentation and Retrieval: Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems utilizing frameworks like LangChain and modern Vector Databases to enhance model accuracy and relevance.

- Programming and Frameworks: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using primary programming languages such as Python and Java. Leverage AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to bring AI concepts from research to production.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in GenAI, AI/ML, or related roles.

- Core AI/ML Expertise: Strong understanding and practical experience with GenAI, AI/ML concepts, and various AI Models (OpenAI, Anthropic).

- Agentic AI: Demonstrated experience in building and deploying Agentic AI technologies.

- Programming Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python is mandatory. Working knowledge of Java is a plus.

- Frameworks: Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or other deep learning frameworks.

- NLP Tools: Deep familiarity with relevant libraries and tools, especially LangChain.

- Vector Databases: Practical experience with implementing and managing Vector Databases for RAG and semantic search.

- LLMs & Prompt Engineering: Proven ability to work with and integrate various LLMs, and strong skills in Prompt Engineering.

- Joiner Status: Immediate joiner or max 30 days notice period.

- Location: Local candidates in Bangalore or candidates willing to relocate immediately (1-2 days) for this Hybrid role.
