Job Title : Salesforce Administrator

Location : Chennai

Department : IT / CRM Operations

Reports To : CRM Manager / IT Lead

Job Summary :

- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in user management, data security, automation, reporting, and user support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and licenses.

- Ensure data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and regular audits.

- Configure and maintain security settings including field-level, object-level, and record-level access.

- Design and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes.

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights.

- Support end-users with training, documentation, and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

- Evaluate new Salesforce features and AppExchange tools for potential adoption.

- Manage sandbox environments and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory).

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and automation tools.

- Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creation.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with ITIL practices and tools like ServiceNow or JIRA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Apex, LWC, or other development tools.

- Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.
