Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of full stack application development projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile-based delivery, and ensuring successful implementation of scalable web and mobile applications across diverse technology stacks (JavaScript/Node.js, React/Angular, Java/.NET, Python, etc.

You will be responsible for client communication, project planning, risk management, and ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Delivery : Own the delivery lifecycle of full stack projects from requirement analysis to deployment and support.

- Team Management : Lead and manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX designers across onshore/offshore locations.

- Client Management : Serve as the single point of contact for client communication, stakeholder engagement, and expectation management.

- Planning & Execution : Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and KPIs. Drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure deliverables align with project goals.

- Quality Assurance : Enforce coding standards, CI/CD practices, and testing protocols to ensure production-ready releases.

- Risk & Issue Management : Identify delivery risks, create mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve project roadblocks.

- Budget & Resource Management : Track effort estimates, cost forecasts, and resource utilization to meet project financial goals.

- Agile Leadership : Promote Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure adherence to best practices in iterative development environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a delivery or project management role.

- Proven experience in delivering multiple full stack web and mobile projects using modern tech stacks (React, Angular, Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, etc.

- Strong understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, DevOps, microservices, and database technologies.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

- Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities.

- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience in managing hybrid (onshore-offshore) delivery models.

- Understanding of security, compliance, and performance optimization in full stack applications.

- Familiarity with AI/ML integration in full stack environments is a plus
