Greystar - Oracle Technical Consultant - Fusion/EBS Module

Technical Experience :

- Possess a total of 6+ years of IT experience in Oracle Cloud/Fusion ERP and Oracle EBS modules.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly in Finance and PPM modules, focused on reporting, integrations, and technical development.

- Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM is not mandatory, but familiarity alongside Finance and PPM is preferred.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize payment templates such as Positive Pay, RTF, E-Text, and Excel based on functional requirements and localization needs.

- Build custom reports and dashboards in Oracle Cloud Finance and PPM modules using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI, ensuring accuracy and performance.

- Write and fine-tune complex SQL queries to support data models, custom reports, and improve long-running process efficiency.

- Create and manage custom ESS jobs, job sets, and value sets, utilizing Data Composer for transactional reporting within Oracle ERP Cloud.

- Implement and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, file-based adapters, and real-time or scheduled data flows.

- Develop scalable integration flows using OIC to connect Oracle Fusion Cloud with third-party applications and legacy systems.

- Configure and schedule data extractions using Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) for Finance, PPM, and Procurement modules.

- Automate data pipelines using BICC with file transfer mechanisms for downstream reporting and analytics systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across custom reports, integrations, and core ERP modules to ensure system reliability.

- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver enhancements.

- Adhere to Oracle development best practices for coding, testing, migration, documentation, and production deployment.

Skills Required :

- BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI Reporting Mandatory.

- Payment Template Customization RTF, Check Print, Positive Pay, and Transmission Configuration Mandatory.

- Oracle EBS Technical (Reports and Interfaces) Good to have.

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Minimum 1 year Must Have.

- Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) Minimum 1 year Must Have.

- Deployment and Production Support experience.

- Strong Problem-Solving and debugging skills.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (JIRA).
