We are seeking an experienced AEM Lead / AEM Architect with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in AEM architecture, backend development, content management, and cloud-based deployment strategies, along with proven client-facing consulting experience.

In this role, you will lead AEM implementation and migration projects, provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experience platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for enterprise customers.

- Engage with clients to understand business requirements, provide technical consulting, and recommend scalable AEM-based solutions.

- Design and implement solutions using AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.

- Lead AEM migration and upgrade initiatives from legacy CMS platforms or earlier AEM versions.

- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and services using best practices.

- Build backend services using Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, Sling Models, and JCR APIs.

- Configure and optimize Dispatcher, caching, replication, clustering, and CRX repository management.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and content delivery.

- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement responsive and accessible web experiences.

- Define development standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.

- Establish CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using Maven, Jenkins, and related DevOps tools.

- Ensure high code quality through static code analysis and security best practices using SonarQube.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

- Work closely with architects, business stakeholders, QA teams, and project managers in Agile delivery environments.
