Role : Graphic Designer (2-4 Years, Startup Experience Preferred)

We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life with strong visual design skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end design execution across digital, product, and marketing needs.

- Translate complex problems into clean, intuitive, and visually appealing design solutions.

- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, content, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality assets quickly.

- Bring a balanced approach between functional usability and aesthetic excellence.

- Proactively elevate design quality - consistently delivering outputs at least 2 steps ahead of existing standards.

- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while experimenting with fresh visual directions.

- Contribute to design systems, guidelines, and scalable visual frameworks.

- Iterate rapidly based on feedback and user insights.

Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience, ideally with fast-paced startups.

- A strong, thoughtful portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving ability, and polished visual work (Portfolio > Experience).

- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects is a plus).

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and modern design principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working directly with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to balance speed with quality and deliver within tight timelines.

- A growth mindset - someone who actively explores new design trends, tools, and techniques.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with motion graphics, animations, or basic video editing.

- Exposure to UI/UX design or working closely with product teams.

- Understanding of design systems and scalable branding.
